Archer Defense is an arcade tower defence game in which you play as a bowman protecting a castle. Monsters arrive in endless waves, and your job is to hold them back for as long as possible while scoring as many points as you can.
You aim and fire arrows yourself, and archers you recruit also attack nearby enemies automatically. Defeated monsters drop gold, which you can spend in the shop on upgrades that improve your defences. Each wave is cleared once every enemy has fallen. Online leaderboards let you compare your score with friends, achievements reward milestones, and your progress is saved in the cloud.
Use the mouse or tap the screen to aim and shoot, and click or tap to choose upgrades in the shop. The game is shown in landscape mode and runs on computers and mobile devices. Spend your early gold on extra archers, since their automatic attacks keep weaker monsters away and let you focus your shots on the tougher ones.
