Cars is a simple traffic racing game. You drive along a busy road, press the gas to overtake other vehicles and brake to avoid crashing. The aim is to pass as many cars as possible and set a new high score.
There are only two controls, gas and brake, which makes it very easy to start. The difficulty comes from traffic and from knowing when to slow down. Traffic gets denser the further you go, so a run that starts calmly turns into a test of nerves after a minute or two.
It suits younger players and short sessions, and it runs on mobile and desktop.
Braking at the right moment is the key skill. Easing off for a second to let a gap open is better than forcing an overtake that ends the run.
