About this game

Homeowner 3D is a first-person home renovation and design simulator. Players complete tasks such as cleaning, washing surfaces, dismantling old furniture, painting walls, installing wallpaper, replacing flooring, and arranging furniture. The goal is to earn money to purchase furniture, pets, and real estate, while decorating their own home and unlocking new challenges.

How to play

Welcome to Homeowner 3D! Accept jobs, turn run-down houses into cozy homes and build up your own property business.
Controls
On PC:
WASD to walk, Shift to run, mouse to look around.
Hold the left mouse button to clear trash and dismantle old furniture.
E for doors, the laptop and the van. F for tools. Tab opens the tablet with the catalog.
Furniture: Q and E or the mouse wheel rotate it, and the left button places it.
On phone:
Joystick at the bottom left to walk, swipe the screen to look around.
Hold the action button at the bottom right to clean, dismantle and open doors.
Cart at the top left for the furniture catalog. Tools: mop, roller, wall finish and flooring.
Furniture: arrows rotate it, and the tick places it.
How to play
Choose a job on the laptop and drive the van to the house. Remove the trash, mop up puddles and mow the lawn, then paint the walls, hang wallpaper and lay tiles and flooring. Arrange the furniture the way the owner wants, and take photos of your work to get a rating.
