Idle Pop Merge is a cartoon merge game where you start with one small fighter and build a team out of 32 different toon warriors. You drag characters into the slots of a three by three battle grid and combine identical ones to unlock stronger forms, while tapping speeds up attacks so enemies fall faster. Placement matters, because the team on your grid fights automatically against 120 opponents in a series of arenas, including single, double and triple arena challenges. Every win brings you closer to new fighters. It is simple to learn, and the loop of merging and fighting is easy to follow. You play with the mouse by dragging and dropping, and the game is a desktop title displayed in landscape. Tip: keep merging before you place new fighters, and leave one slot open so that you can always combine a fresh character.
