My Town Home: Family Playhouse is a digital dollhouse with no goals and no timer. You get a two-story house with six rooms, a family of characters, and the freedom to make up your own stories with them.

Each room is full of things to use. The kitchen has a big family table and a smaller one for kids, and you can actually cook. The backyard has a sandbox, a trampoline and space for a picnic. Elsewhere you can turn on the TV, move furniture and garden.

Small mini-games add a bit of structure, like washing a teddy bear or popping the right balloons, and they earn small rewards.

On a computer you use the mouse to press buttons and drag items or characters. On a phone or tablet you do the same with your finger.

It is built for younger players who enjoy pretend play. Adults setting it up can simply let kids explore, since there is no way to fail and nothing to lose.
