Noob saves a girl: A Story is a blocky rescue adventure. A cunning villain has taken the girl the hero loves, and you guide this brave but clumsy character on a journey to bring her back safely.

The road to the villain is not easy. Along the way you fight enemies, solve small strategic challenges and explore several different settings, each with its own dangers. Bosses stand between you and your goal, and you have to defeat every one of them to complete the story. Zombies and other foes appear regularly, so you need to stay alert.

On a computer, you move around using the mouse and keyboard. On a phone or tablet, an on-screen joystick handles movement. The game is free and runs in the browser on both. It suits players who like simple action with a light story. When you reach a boss, spend a moment watching its attacks before rushing in, because most of them follow a pattern that leaves openings you can use.
