OUTSIDE is a minimalist puzzle game in which a one-eyed character moves across a grid in search of a key. Once you have the key, you can open the door and move on to the next level.
The rule that makes it tricky is that your character never stops halfway. Once you choose a direction, you slide until you hit a wall. This means you have to plan your route carefully, use walls as stopping points and avoid ending up in a corner with no way out. The levels grow more complex, testing your logic and sense of space.
On a computer, move with the arrow keys or WASD, press R to restart, Q to go to the menu and M to mute. On mobile, swipe to move and use the on-screen buttons for the other options. A gamepad is also supported, and the game is shown in landscape mode. Work backwards from the key, since figuring out which wall lets you stop next to it often reveals the full path.
