Strike Force: Action Platformer is a side-scrolling shooter with bright, colorful levels. You run along the route, jump over obstacles and fight off enemies that come from every direction.
Enemies charge straight at you, drop in by parachute or shoot from behind cover, so you need to keep moving and pick your targets. Ammo is limited, so you collect it along the way to stay in the fight. Enemy drones are worth shooting down, as they drop powerful weapon upgrades. A roster of characters with different looks can be unlocked as you progress.
On desktop you move with WASD or the arrow keys, jump with space, shoot with J and throw grenades with K. On mobile, a virtual joystick on the left handles movement and buttons on the right cover jump, shoot and grenade.
Save grenades for enemies behind cover. They reach targets that bullets cannot, which clears tough spots quickly.
If it clicks with you, Bandana Blitz, Far Island: Tactical Warfare and Shoot & Sprint: Warfare are close in spirit.
