Backroom Exit is a nerve-racking first-person escape set in the Backrooms, an unsettling maze of yellow walls and never-ending halls. All you want is a way out, and it is hard to find.
You explore the eerie environment, look for concealed items and gather clues that explain your situation. Puzzles ask you to combine objects and work out what opens the door to freedom. The oppressive atmosphere builds as you go deeper.
On a computer, move with WASD or the arrow keys, look around with the mouse, left-click to interact and use the scroll wheel to change the held item. On touch devices, use the joypad, the hand button to interact and the inventory to equip items. The game is shown in landscape mode. Search every dead end, since useful items are often placed in corners that look unimportant.
