Welcome to the dance floor, robot! Here’s what you need to know to survive the Hi-Fi Snake challenge:
1. The Goal: Open the Door
Your primary objective in each room is to collect enough glowing pellets to open the exit door. The exact number of pellets required is displayed on the door itself (e.g., the number '4' on the gem box). Once you collect the required amount, the door will unlock, allowing you to escape to the next room.
2. The Danger: Outrun the Lava
Don't stand still! A massive tide of lava is always chasing you. You must move quickly and efficiently to collect the pellets and reach the door before the molten flow consumes your robot.
3. Controls
A. For Keyboard Users (PC/Web):
Use the Arrow Keys (Up, Down, Left, Right) to control the robot's movement direction.
B. For Mobile Users (Touch Screen):
Use the designated control area on the screen (usually the lower-left or lower-right corner).
Swipe your finger in the direction you want the robot to immediately move (Up, Down, Left, or Right).
4. Watch Out!
Obstacles & Enemies: Avoid crashing into any walls, dynamic obstacles, or enemy robots. A single collision can mean a game over!
Your Trail: Just like classic Snake, your robot will grow a trail of collected pellets. Be careful not to run into your own trail as it grows!
Hi-Fi Snake is a modern take on Snake set on an isometric disco dance floor. You guide a tireless robot that collects glittering pellets in sequence, and each pickup makes its trail longer, as in the classic game.
The twist is the lava. A tide of molten lava steadily eats the dance floor behind you, so you have only seconds to collect your quota. Once it is full, you race to the exit door to open the next room before the floor disappears.
Every room is a handcrafted challenge with moving obstacles and environmental hazards, so the game feels more like a series of puzzles under pressure than an endless Snake run.
The music and visuals lean into the party theme, and it plays on mobile and desktop.
Plan a route that ends near the exit. Collecting the last pellet far from the door is the most common way to get caught by the lava.
