To buy or upgrade a room, click on the area where the room is located. In the window that opens, you will see information about the cost as well as a purchase button. If the room has already been purchased, a management window will appear with various content options depending on the room type. To upgrade the content of the selected room, choose the desired item and click the “Upgrade” button.

Idle Magic Academy Tycoon is a management game in which you run a growing school of sorcery. As headmaster, you design classrooms, hire skilled Magisters and collect powerful artefacts to improve each lesson.
Students progress from basic theory to advanced combat spells, and your job is to raise the quality of education at every step. You develop the academy's facilities, gather Arcanum Spheres and research magical technologies. Over time, your institution can become a legendary centre of arcane learning.
