Tower Defense is a classic fantasy take on the genre. Monsters march on your kingdom, and you stop them by building towers on free spots along their path. Towers attack anything that comes within range on their own.
The depth comes from elements. Arrows and stones handle early waves, but stronger monsters need elemental towers, and combining different towers and elements is the key to surviving later waves. When pressure builds, spells and upgrades give you extra power, and towers can be pushed to their maximum level.
It is played with the mouse on desktop or with taps on mobile, and it is easy to start for newcomers to the genre.
