About this game

Connect Associations is a relaxing word puzzle in which you find groups of four words that share a theme. Each level contains a set of words hiding several connections.

You merge related words step by step into groups. Each correct group reveals its category, and later levels bring new word sets and ice obstacles that freeze some words until they are freed. The calm pace gives you time to think about every move, and hints help when a link is hard to find. Completing levels earns coins.

Tap one word and then another, or drag one onto the other, to group them. Keep adding related words until the group has four. Each correct merge damages the ice. The game is shown in portrait mode. Start with the most obvious connections, because removing them reduces the number of words left and makes the trickier categories easier to recognise.

How to play

1. Find two words that belong to the same theme.
2. Tap the first word and then the second, or drag one onto the other.
3. Keep adding related words until the group contains all four.
4. Every correct merge damages the ice. Free frozen words before using them.
5. Reveal every category to complete the level.

Incorrect pairs cost one attempt. If you get stuck, shuffle the words or use a hint.
