About this game

Night Lake is a quiet fishing game at night with a hint of mystery. You are a lone fisherman in a small wooden boat, rowing across dark water by lantern light. After casting the float and waiting for a bite, you hook the fish at the right instant and then wrestle it in with rod and reel without letting the line snap. Catches are sold at the dock for coins and experience, which buy better baits, rods, lines, reels, keepnets and charms. Three quests appear each night, and you fill a field guide. W and S row forward and back, A and D turn the boat, hold the left mouse button to aim and release to cast, and click or press Space to strike and reel in. On mobile, the left stick rows and the right stick aims. It is in landscape. Tip: wait until the float goes fully under.
